Restore Missing Files is used to
check your hard drive for missing backed-up files
and restore those files if they are missing. To
check for missing files select Restore Missing Files.
If no files are missing the screen titled “No
Pending Restorations” screen appears.

Click “Done”, you have no missing backed
up files.
If you have missing files the “Missing Files
Detected!” screen appears.

The name of any Job that has missing files is populated
in the box. Click “Next” and the “Missing
Files List” screen appears

This screen displays the title of the Job in the
top left corner and a list of the missing files
in the white display box. If more than 1 Job has
missing files you will be offered the choices sequentially
for each Job.
For each Job you are offered 3 choices:
1) Skip this job for Now- If it is not convenient
to restore this Job now.
2) I know these files are missing-- Users deleted
these files. Click this button to
remove these files from the Job and all backups
with your Online Partners.
3) I want to restore this Job - To restore the
Job or any missing file from a Job,
Click this button and the “Restore Option”
screen appears.

in the upper left-hand corner.
There are 2 options for how you would like to restore
this Job.
